Do parents need to create an account?
No. Parents use your team code plus their player's 4-digit PIN. No emails, no passwords — the app remembers them after the first visit.
What sports does Sport-Synq support?
V1 is built for youth soccer. The six-pillar framework is sport-agnostic and more sports are on the roadmap.
Can I customize the evaluation pillars?
The six pillars are fixed — that's what makes tracking consistent. Each pillar supports up to five custom sub-skills you can rename and reuse.
Can I upload my roster from a spreadsheet?
Yes — CSV or Excel, with an inline preview that flags duplicates and errors before you import. PINs auto-generate where blank.
Is my players' data secure?
Each player is isolated by PIN — parents only see their own child. No public profiles, no rankings, no cross-team visibility.
What if I cancel?
Read-only access for 90 days, then 12 months of archive. Resubscribe within that window and everything restores.
